Applications Technician ll (FT)

The Applications Engineer balances an outward, or customer focus and an internal focus, meeting the needs of the Company to meet those customers’ needs.  The position calls for technical marketing responsibilities and development of new or modified processes in support of Revasum’s strategic direction.  The Applications Engineering collaborates with current and potential customers regarding specific needs and recommends changes and modifications which help improve overall machine functions over final test results. Evaluates test results to determine if any machine design or modifications are necessary.


Buyer/Planner (FT)

The Buyer/Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling and monitoring the movement of materials through the production cycle to determine required materials. They work on problems of moderate to diverse scope, where analysis of situations or date requires a review of identifiable factors Exercises judgment within defined or generally defined practices to determine appropriate action.


Electrical/Mechanical Assembler

Electrical/Mechanical Assembler will be required to use standard hand tools and test tools, mount electrical components on panels per assembly drawings. Route discrete wires and cabling per schematics using various electrical terminations. Lift and move heavy material - 50 pounds unassisted. With the ability to read and understand wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, Bills of Material and written instructions.


The Expeditor is responsible for providing project support services for the procurement, movement, location, & reconciliation of all materials. Excellent customer service skills are required providing customers with responsive service. The Expeditor must be able to work under pressure, meeting deadlines, and carry out written and oral directions quickly. They are responsible for: initiating and completing routine aspects of materials oversight assignments, coordinating with supply chain to ensure material is ordered and available in a timely manner, follows-up on orders, delays, shipping details, manages the disposition of surplus material, validates that complete and accurate records are on file, basic knowledge of manufacturing industry is desired, able to handle a fast paced and high-pressure environment, and has an ability to work effectively & efficiently with various constraints and stress.

Manufacturing Engineer


The Revasum Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for providing engineering knowledge to collaborate in the streamlining of the manufacturing process, provide manufacturing support, process innovation and cost improvement. Focus is in the areas of process improvement, product improvement, and method improvement throughout the supply chain in the semiconductor industry. The focus of this position is on improvements in key operating metrics of: on-time delivery, machine utilization, scrap, productivity improvement, and process capability by accomplishing the following and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have 1 – 5 years’ experience and perform the below/attached duties. Master Scheduler

The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining executable plans based on historical demand trends and expected demand changes for all aspects of manufacturing. The Master Scheduler will develop the tools and processes to support master planning on a 90 day horizon. The Master Scheduler will coordinate cross functionally with various resources on supply and manufacturing activities for material requirements, production schedules, due dates, worker-hours required for production operations, status of work in progress, and shop capacity. The Master Scheduler is expected to work under limited supervision. Experience in production methods and procedures, materials management, planning, alleviating and solving complex production delays, scheduling conflicts, lack of sufficient materials, and other complex production variables is required.

Materials Handler

The Materials Handler is responsible for performing the physical or administrative and physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution of materials. They work on assignments that are routine and semi -routine in nature. Duties and responsibilities include: Unpacking and checking goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintaining records of received goods, rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary and reporting discrepancies, lifting heavy items, operating forklift and manlift, preparing and maintaining records of merchandise shipped, posting weights, dimensions, and shipping charges of goods for final shipment, examining, stocking and distributing, materials in inventory to manufacturing lines, preparing kitting packages for assembly production and customer shipments, entering data into computer system, following all safety guidelines and practices, and other duties as assigned.

Mechanical Engineer (FT)

This with a team Mechanical and Engineer autonomously position to at develop Revasum mechanical will work designs both fulfill marketing and process related specifications of moderate to complex scope. The Engineer will create designs and requisite documentation that insures proper build to print. He or She will cooperate with Operations to procure the components for first builds and identify sources for parts and assemblies. The Engineer will own the design and its success for conception, to initial procurement, test, and release.


Semiconductor Equipment Field Support Engineer (FT)

Responsible for performing the on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex wafer polishing and grinding equipment.  Confirms quality and functionality of systems during installation and acceptance. Provides operation and maintenance training for customers in the field. May also provide formal training classes at Strasbaugh.  Provides customer with technical support by phone or email.


Software Automation & Controls Manager

The Software Automation & Controls manager is responsible for managing engineers in the development of multilevel, complex, scalable software used to control precision Semiconductor polishing and grinding equipment.  The ideal candidate will have an ability to architect software solutions from the ground-up per Marketing and Process-related specifications, and to work within and leverage existing architectures and standards. 10+ years professional experience and a Bachelors or Master’s degree in computer or software engineering is required.
